Great guide to reduce your inflammation I really enjoyed reading this book because it provides a comprehensive view of what body inflammation is and the natural solution you can use to reduce it. I’ve been dealing with inflammation for a few years now and have been reading a lot about it and this book brings it all together. I especially like the chapters on nutrition which include why you should not consume certain food and list and details superfoods that can help you reduce your inflammation. There is also an interesting chapter on lifestyle touching the subject of physical activity, stress and other external environment factors. I also appreciated the last chapter about the natural remedies to reduce inflamation through supplement and herbs and essential oil.The book is well written and easy to read.
